Edvaldo de Sousa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rui Branco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS's Joélson Godoi got a free kick in the 10th minute. Radamel Falcao could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Samuca Rossi made a huge save. Samuca Rossi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radamel Falcao in the 15th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Afonsinho Cearense in the 18th minute of play forced CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's goalkeeper Edvaldo de Sousa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the game, Natã de Toledo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS the free kick. In the 19th minute, Natã de Toledo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rui Branco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Edvaldo de Sousa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joélson Godoi hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS's Samuca Rossi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS from getting a goal against them. In the 29th minute, Rui Branco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS booed when CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacinto Vander didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's zone, Rui Branco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edvaldo de Sousa came out of the goal and Rui Branco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 42 played minutes CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA got a freekick which was hit by Rogério Gomes. Josué Figueiredo struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Edvaldo de Sousa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS. Afonsinho Cearense blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edvaldo de Sousa having to make a save. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Afonsinho Cearense made the kick off in the second half. Afonsinho Cearense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiaguinho Zanette in the 91st minute of play forced BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS's goalkeeper Samuca Rossi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS's performance. The match ended with a win for BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS.
