The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Arí Soares the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Arí Soares had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 83rd minute, Arí Soares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 87 minutes into the match, E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's goal looked a bit too open when Gerson Salles came free, but William Rezende reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vicente Ferraz in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck William Rezende prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 92 minutes into the game, Jo Calleri cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-9. William Rezende was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the final whistle sounded Palmares Futebol Clube left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE.
