After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Vânderson Carvalho managed to get in a good position for a shot. JFSP's supporters rose to their feet, but Vânderson Carvalho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cacá Breckenfeld breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, OTTO FC - FSCMZ's Fernando Vergílio got a free kick in the 15th minute. A collision led to OTTO FC - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Dedê Travassos hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caco de Lima in the 20th minute of play forced JFSP's goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, JFSP's Abcdefghijklmno Abcdefghijklmnopqrst got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Cacá Breckenfeld made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vânderson Carvalho in the 25th minute. 26 minutes into the match, JFSP's Vânderson Carvalho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cacá Breckenfeld narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 30 minutes of play, JFSP's Abcdefghijklmno Abcdefghijklmnopqrst made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cacá Breckenfeld was left in no man's land by his defense there! Abcdefghijklmno Abcdefghijklmnopqrst recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cacá Breckenfeld took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vânderson Carvalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cacá Breckenfeld made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abcdefghijklmno Abcdefghijklmnopqrst in the 39th minute. In the 41st minute, Abcdefghijklmno Abcdefghijklmnopqrst made a precise shot to the right of Cacá Breckenfeld. OTTO FC - FSCMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vânderson Carvalho made a kick off. After 65 played minutes JFSP got a freekick which was hit by Hermínio Meirelles. The supporters of JFSP booed when OTTO FC - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dudu Rossi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 70 played minutes JFSP got a freekick which was hit by Cássio Magalhães. Edgard de Godoi hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Dedê Travassos hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Cacá Breckenfeld showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vânderson Carvalho, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 81st minute, Zé Loureiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vânderson Carvalho in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cacá Breckenfeld saved OTTO FC - FSCMZ from getting behind. Alan Alves got a throw-in 91 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Allan Pernambucano. After having played for 92 minutes, Abcdefghijklmno Abcdefghijklmnopqrst managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. JFSP's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abcdefghijklmno Abcdefghijklmnopqrst was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Caco de Lima got free with Giorgi Mamardashvili in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. JFSP's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
