Sezgin Işıker hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Defensores de Lombroso's zone, Maximo Lehen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Denis Paulin came out of the goal and Maximo Lehen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ad Astra Per Aspera's Dionisio Etxepare played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Sauveur in the 13th minute of play. Teofilo Esdras dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Bican Hicab fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denis Paulin having to interfere. 41 minutes into the game, Defensores de Lombroso's Lionel-Andrés Messi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dionisio Etxepare made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After 44 minutes of play, Defensores de Lombroso's Bruno Sauveur made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dionisio Etxepare was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Jonathan Raphael hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Davut Haktanır struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Denis Paulin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ad Astra Per Aspera. Dionisio Etxepare was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bruno Sauveur showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 54 minute of play. Ubaldo Gelacio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dionisio Etxepare having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Lionel-Andrés Messi could shoot a difficult shot in the 59th minute, which Dionisio Etxepare however easily saved by the left post. With his leg Dionisio Etxepare managed to avoid a goal in the 60thth minute, when Defensores de Lombroso's Bruno Sauveur fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Dionisio Etxepare made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Uriel Ferrer sent off a good shot on target. Dionisio Etxepare took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Sauveur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Defensores de Lombroso made a substitution. Lucio Cordarrol replaced Federico Pirro. In the 71stth minute of the game Bruno Sauveur who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ad Astra Per Aspera's Dionisio Etxepare was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Ad Astra Per Aspera booed when Defensores de Lombroso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teofilo Esdras didn't get a good kick on the ball. 74 minutes into the match, Ad Astra Per Aspera's goalkeeper Dionisio Etxepare had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bruno Sauveur. Dionisio Etxepare was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bruno Sauveur's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Dionisio Etxepare firmly grabbed it by the left post. The corner ended in Bruno Sauveur almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ad Astra Per Aspera's Dionisio Etxepare did a great save. Dionisio Etxepare didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bruno Sauveur went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. Ubaldo Gelacio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 94 minutes into the match, Defensores de Lombroso's Uriel Ferrer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dionisio Etxepare narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

Defensores de Lombroso's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
