SOAD's Veronica Pipa got his second yellow card of the match in the 16th minute. The referee ordered Veronica Pipa off the ground. Jorge Lander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Testaferrata Viani having to interfere. SOAD's Marco Testaferrata Viani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John-Graham Lake in the 21st minute of play. Augusto Corderall made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jakub Hendrich in the 22nd minute. Virgilio Geofredo kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Jakub Hendrich blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Augusto Corderall having to make a save. With a little luck, Club Atlético Baradero's Augusto Corderall got control of the ball when Jakub Hendrich tried to sneak it across the goal line. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for John-Graham Lake to strike the kick off in the second half. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Augusto Corderall prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The SOAD fans cheered their team off the field, for while Club Atlético Baradero had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
