Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Matias Bilintx started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sporting de Gijón's goalkeeper Óscar Cordoba, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 6th minute, Matias Bilintx made a precise shot to the right of Sebald Gentiletti. Ultrasy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. If Rafal Rusin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Matias Bilintx's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sebald Gentiletti was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. In the 23rd match minute, Ultrasy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Renato Rusin to maneuver through the defense. In the 25thth minute of the game Matias Bilintx who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ultrasy's Sebald Gentiletti was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ultrasy's Zula Drozdowski got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 28th minute Matias Bilintx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebald Gentiletti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute, Juliane Rusin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sporting de Gijón's Venancio Emesto got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 36th minute, Rafal Rusin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 44 minutes into the game, Matias Bilintx cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Sebald Gentiletti was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Rafal Rusin took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Óscar Cordoba. Óscar Cordoba dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Juliane Rusin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Óscar Cordoba having to interfere. 58 minutes into the match, Ultrasy's goalkeeper Sebald Gentiletti had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Matias Bilintx. Sebald Gentiletti made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Venancio Emesto sent off a good shot on target. After 62 minutes Sporting de Gijón's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Zula Drozdowski who took care of the corner kick. In the 64th minute Kasi Rusin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Óscar Cordoba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Rafal Rusin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Óscar Cordoba. Sporting de Gijón's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rafal Rusin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. 72 minutes into the match, Ultrasy's goalkeeper Sebald Gentiletti had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Matias Bilintx. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rafal Rusin in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Óscar Cordoba prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alejandro Rufo in the 78thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sebald Gentiletti, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matias Bilintx in the 82nd minute of play forced Ultrasy's goalkeeper Sebald Gentiletti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Ultrasy's Sebald Gentiletti got control of the ball when Matias Bilintx tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Eleder in the 86th minute of play forced Sporting de Gijón's goalkeeper Óscar Cordoba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ultrasy made a substitution. Czeslaw Rusin replaced Juliane Rusin. Sporting de Gijón made a substitution. Mario Zanabria replaced Venancio Emesto. The whistle blew for the end of the second half and the match was still tied. The players were able to take a short break before lining up again for extra-time.

Sebald Gentiletti came out of the goal in the 101st minute to try and stop a shot by Sporting de Gijón's Diego Maradona. But to his dismay, Diego Maradona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Sporting de Gijón had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
