After 8 played minutes Kamionka Death SquaD got a freekick which was hit by Florian Narbut. Silvestre Derwin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jerzy Tamulewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kamionka Death SquaD were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after En Avant Nikko's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marcelo Ascencio took the corner. Marcelo Ascencio made a great header on Kamionka Death SquaD's corner, it was just that En Avant Nikko's Silvestre Derwin managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 18thth minute of the game Jerzy Tamulewicz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but En Avant Nikko's Silvestre Derwin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind En Avant Nikko's goalkeeper Silvestre Derwin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 24 minutes En Avant Nikko's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marcelo Ascencio who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Wojciech Winograd almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but En Avant Nikko's Silvestre Derwin did a great save. Kamionka Death SquaD's Silvestre Tonio quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Djamel Malouda, made in the 32nd minute of the game. After 34 minutes, Firman Morientes made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Kamionka Death SquaD's Kasper Schmeichel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerzy Tamulewicz in the 38th minute of play forced En Avant Nikko's goalkeeper Silvestre Derwin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. En Avant Nikko's defense didn't have a chance, in the 44th minute, when Heiko Sibon scored to the left of an out of position Silvestre Derwin, making the score, 1-2.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Firman Morientes was the one to do the kick off. Silvestre Derwin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Fioravanti in the 53rd minute of the match. If Oliver Bierhoff had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. En Avant Nikko's Silvestre Derwin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliver Bierhoff in the 59th minute of play. Silvestre Derwin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Oliver Bierhoff struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Silvestre Derwin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kamionka Death SquaD.
