Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Laércio Penha got the match started through his kick off. Tours Football Club's Romulo Urko quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Olavo Costa, made in the 3rd minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Nova Iguaçu MZFC's Jerônimo Favoretto got a free kick in the 5th minute. In the 6th minute of the match Guy Jourdan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mickaël Maris showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Laércio Penha's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lech Blochowiak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. 10 minutes into the game, Tours Football Club's Arif Çelebi Ergener nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mickaël Maris made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 15th minute, Laércio Penha reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lech Blochowiak. The goal made the score 1-1. Mickaël Maris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arif Çelebi Ergener, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luiz Fábio de Medeiros got free with Lech Blochowiak in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aziz Koehler in the 26th minute of play forced Nova Iguaçu MZFC's goalkeeper Mickaël Maris to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Faustin Hamet took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mickaël Maris. Mickaël Maris dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Mickaël Maris took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arif Çelebi Ergener, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Tours Football Club booed when Nova Iguaçu MZFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laércio Penha didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 42ndth minute of the game Arif Çelebi Ergener who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nova Iguaçu MZFC's Mickaël Maris was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lech Blochowiak came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Nova Iguaçu MZFC's Laércio Penha. But to his dismay, Laércio Penha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Arif Çelebi Ergener made the kick off in the second half. Laércio Penha succeeded in the game's 53rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-2. Olavo Costa's late challenge caught a Tours Football Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Olavo Costa helped the player get up and apologised. Arif Çelebi Ergener struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Mickaël Maris didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tours Football Club. With a little luck, Nova Iguaçu MZFC's Mickaël Maris got control of the ball when Faustin Hamet tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arif Çelebi Ergener in the 65thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mickaël Maris, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Nova Iguaçu MZFC's Laércio Penha in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tours Football Club's goalie prevented a goal. Lech Blochowiak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laércio Penha in the 72nd minute of play. Faustin Hamet blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mickaël Maris having to make a save. Tours Football Club made a substitution. Cyrille Jenny replaced Arif Çelebi Ergener. Tours Football Club's Jim-André Van Landschoot was substituted for Charles-Emmanuel Camilleri. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laércio Penha in the 76th minute of play forced Tours Football Club's goalkeeper Lech Blochowiak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute Laércio Penha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lech Blochowiak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Laércio Penha notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of Tours Football Club's Lech Blochowiak. Lech Blochowiak was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Tours Football Club booed when Nova Iguaçu MZFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caco Matos didn't get a good kick on the ball. 91 minutes into the match, Nova Iguaçu MZFC's goalkeeper Mickaël Maris had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cyrille Jenny. Davut İskenderoğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tours Football Club's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
