Delmar Mayor charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Delmar Mayor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 25th match minute, A.D. Alcorcón was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delmar Mayor to maneuver through the defense. In the 30thth minute of the game Manolo Bacete who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Torero's Sergio Goycochea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With his leg Sergio Goycochea managed to avoid a goal in the 38thth minute, when A.D. Alcorcón's Esteban Vadillos fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 43 minutes into the match, A.D. Alcorcón's goal looked a bit too open when Carolo Lorenz came free, but Maurino Serena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sergio Goycochea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Belo Alvarez in the 44th minute. The supporters of A.D. Alcorcón booed when El Torero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rene Guifre didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Carolo Lorenz to make the kick off. The supporters of A.D. Alcorcón booed when El Torero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rene Guifre didn't get a good kick on the ball. A.D. Alcorcón's Maurino Serena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduardo Barrionuevo in the 56th minute of play. Carolo Lorenz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A.D. Alcorcón's Laurin Mangas was substituted for Delmar Mayor. El Torero's Benedicto Matteo was substituted for Carolo Lorenz. Marek Pruss scored 2-1 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maurino Serena, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marek Pruss could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Maurino Serena made a huge save. Alcorcón's Maurino Serena got control of the ball when Marek Pruss tried to sneak it across the goal line. El Torero's Sergio Goycochea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaac Ortiz in the 94th minute of play. Sergio Goycochea didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when A.D. Alcorcón's Manolo Bacete shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 4-1 in the ordered_time% minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The A.D. Alcorcón fans cheered their team off the field, for while El Torero had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
