Vicente Bertrans short, quick shot in the 46thth minute got Haitz Langarica to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The crowd rose to their feet as Renato Nunez-Tesheira kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Joost Kindermans. That made the score 1-3 in the 66 minute of play. Atletico Aragua FC were awarded a corner in the 77th minute after La gloriosa Acade's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Henrique Taranco took the corner. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vicente Bertran in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Haitz Langarica prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 85 minutes into the match, Atletico Aragua FC's Renato Nunez-Tesheira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joost Kindermans narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 87th minute, Rafe Vallina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 88 minutes into the match, Atletico Aragua FC's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Seme came free, but Haitz Langarica reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joost Kindermans showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Atletico Aragua FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
