Udinese's goalkeeper Alvaro Rotili to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th minute Federico Girotti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvaro Rotili saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in A.S. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 17 minutes into the match, A.S. Udinese's goal looked a bit too open when Federico Girotti came free, but Alvaro Rotili reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 24 minutes of play, FC Unterrudling's Federico Girotti made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alvaro Rotili was left in no man's land by his defense there! A sloppy throw-in by Bruno Maranzano in the 27th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by FC Unterrudling's Ángel De Silva. Alvaro Rotili made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Girotti in the 32nd minute of play. Alvaro Rotili came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Unterrudling's Federico Girotti. But to his dismay, Federico Girotti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. A.S. Udinese's Alvaro Rotili played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Girotti in the 40th minute of play. In the 43rd minute Alexander Bottone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Jemella saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute, Alexander Bottone ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Karl Jemella was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alberigo Di Franco to make the kick off. Alberigo Di Franco's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Karl Jemella firmly grabbed it by the left post. Karl Jemella took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ercole Fiorentino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Unterrudling made a substitution.
