In the 10th minute Tigres Ñacuñán FC were awarded a corner. Andres Pitin went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Tigres Ñacuñán FC's corner Christian Bergqvist fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Henry Gunnarsson quite easily take care of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Donato Sampaio in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eloy Mazuste saved Tigres Ñacuñán FC from getting behind. Christian Bergqvists short, quick shot in the 16thth minute got Henry Gunnarsson to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christian Bergqvist got free with Henry Gunnarsson in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eloy Mazuste took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurelio Di Battista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Administrativo Sport Club defense, Christian Bergqvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Henry Gunnarsson. The Administrativo Sport Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Henry Gunnarsson should have stopped the shot. If Sinan Okergun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henry Gunnarsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Bergqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Henry Gunnarsson came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Tigres Ñacuñán FC's Christian Bergqvist. But to his dismay, Christian Bergqvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. When Administrativo Sport Club's Donato Sampaio in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tigres Ñacuñán FC's goalie prevented a goal. Tigres Ñacuñán FC's Sinan Okergun got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Christian Bergqvist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Mariano Llorian managed to get in a good position for a shot. Despite this Henry Gunnarsson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Bergqvist in the 74th minute of play forced Administrativo Sport Club's goalkeeper Henry Gunnarsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
