The throw-in from Wiktor Scigan in the 2nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Głodne Ghule's Fabian Penczkowski. Peter-Stefan Schmeichel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Filip Jandryca went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wojciech Pasterski during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Głodne Ghule getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Wojciech Pasterski hit a great ball. If Filip Jandryca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Filip Jandryca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Miromir Rydzewski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marek Czech's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. In the 18th minute of the match Głodne Ghule got a corner. KoLiber's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marek Czech ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 18th minute, Fabian Penczkowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Filip Jandryca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter-Stefan Schmeichel having to interfere. Miromir Rydzewski made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Johannes Olofsson sent off a good shot on target. After 38 minutes, Ibrahim Nezirović made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Głodne Ghule's Peter-Stefan Schmeichel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Marek Czech's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Miromir Rydzewski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Wojciech Pasterski hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Głodne Ghule's Miguel Sequeira quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ale Nesta, made in the 55th minute of the game. Miromir Rydzewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marek Czech in the 57th minute of play. Ibrahim Nezirović might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Peter-Stefan Schmeichel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ibrahim Nezirović ran back to his position shaking his head. KoLiber's Przemyslaw Prusek was substituted for Filip Jandryca. If Ibrahim Nezirović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Peter-Stefan Schmeichel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ibrahim Nezirović, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fridtjof Ferstad struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Miromir Rydzewski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Głodne Ghule. In the 76th minute, Głodne Ghule's Fabian Penczkowski seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Fabian Penczkowski the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Głodne Ghule protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Fabian Penczkowski had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The supporters of KoLiber booed when Głodne Ghule was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Penczkowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Głodne Ghule's Witomir Lampa was substituted for Yu Zhen Guo. KoLiber's Piotr Bielski was substituted for Herbert Jazwiec. Fabian Penczkowski kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Peter-Stefan Schmeichel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cyprian Cieslak, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Piotr Bielski hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fridtjof Ferstad in the 92nd minute of play forced KoLiber's goalkeeper Miromir Rydzewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 96 minutes into the game, Ibrahim Nezirović recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Peter-Stefan Schmeichel. Ibrahim Nezirović showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. When the match was over KoLiber could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Głodne Ghule throughout the match.
