Jonathan Celio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaston Demario, who was totally free with the ball in the 2nd minute. Maximiliano Salomon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in ATLETICO MENDOZA's zone, Gaston Demario stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Celio came out of the goal and Gaston Demario tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 14th match minute, ATLETICO MENDOZA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esteve Orlandus to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Celio came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Ⱨ₳₵ɆĐØⱤ ĐɆ ØⱤØ₴'s Hernan Cordario. But to his dismay, Hernan Cordario quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 21 minutes, Jose Abechuco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ⱨ₳₵ɆĐØⱤ ĐɆ ØⱤØ₴ and the ATLETICO MENDOZA players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Esteve Orlandus fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ATLETICO MENDOZA's protests and gave Esteve Orlandus a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to ATLETICO MENDOZA getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Esteve Orlandus hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Ⱨ₳₵ɆĐØⱤ ĐɆ ØⱤØ₴'s Gaston Demario slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonathan Celio. That made the score 2-0 after 38 minutes of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Ⱨ₳₵ɆĐØⱤ ĐɆ ØⱤØ₴ made a substitution. Ermegildo Enetz replaced Enrique Raymond. The wind increased when Maximiliano Salomon made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the ATLETICO MENDOZA defense, Gaston Demario kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Celio. The ATLETICO MENDOZA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Celio should have stopped the shot. Hernan Cordario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Igor Emenon kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Jonathan Celio came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Ⱨ₳₵ɆĐØⱤ ĐɆ ØⱤØ₴'s Gaston Demario. But to his dismay, Gaston Demario quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Aaron Calvet charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aaron Calvet the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaston Demario in the 72nd minute of play forced ATLETICO MENDOZA's goalkeeper Jonathan Celio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Esteve Orlandus was shown his second yellow card after 73 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. If Aaron Calvet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute, Gaston Demario made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Celio. ATLETICO MENDOZA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Jonathan Celio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aaron Calvet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 86 minutes into the match, Ⱨ₳₵ɆĐØⱤ ĐɆ ØⱤØ₴'s goal looked a bit too open when Hector Ferran came free, but Epifanio Loco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ermegildo Enetz kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Gaston Demario received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Jonathan Celio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 89 played minutes ATLETICO MENDOZA got a freekick which was hit by Amador Bermudez. Jonathan Celio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Salomon, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Ⱨ₳₵ɆĐØⱤ ĐɆ ØⱤØ₴'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
