Anier Cristos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bernardino Ruisko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anier Cristos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anibal Fernendo in the 13th minute of the match. Angelino Urbez hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Baldomiro Gamus took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anier Cristos. Anier Cristos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Robustiano Joachim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Candido Millan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Candido Millan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafin Seme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Federales FC Ψ OFF booed when Palermo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Maraman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Baldomiro Gamus scored 0-3 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anier Cristos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nestor Abalos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anibal Fernendo in the 33rd minute of play forced Federales FC Ψ OFF's goalkeeper Anier Cristos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Candido Millan made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Robustiano Joachim sent off a good shot on target. Federales FC Ψ OFF's Anier Cristos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Maraman in the 41st minute of play. Palermo's Candido Millan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Palermo from getting a goal against them. When Federales FC Ψ OFF's Bernardino Ruisko in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Palermo's goalie prevented a goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pedro Maraman was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Serafin Seme was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Federales FC Ψ OFF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Palermo the free kick. Anier Cristos was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Anibal Fernendo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 57 minute of play. In the 62nd match minute, Palermo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldomiro Gamus to maneuver through the defense. The referee ignored Federales FC Ψ OFF's protests and gave Ricardo Dolfo a yellow card for diving instead. After a defensive mix-up in Federales FC Ψ OFF's zone, Leonides Elizardo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anier Cristos came out of the goal and Leonides Elizardo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Federales FC Ψ OFF getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Serafin Seme hit a great ball. In the 86th minute of the match, Pedro Maraman got a very nice opportunity to score, but Anier Cristos was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Candido Millan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardino Ruisko in the 92nd minute of play. After 93 minutes, Mariano Urtungo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Palermo and the Federales FC Ψ OFF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mariano Urtungo kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Candido Millan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robustiano Joachim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Palermo walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
