The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Şeray Rauf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Regimantas Šileikis in the 6th minute of the match. The Last Airbender's Şeray Rauf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Regimantas Šileikis in the 7th minute of play. FC Alytus United's Lauras Normantas got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Adil Alan hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. FC Alytus United's Daugirdas Burokas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ömür Himmet in the 19th minute of play. Daugirdas Burokas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cemal Özgun in the 22nd minute of the match. Şeray Rauf made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Regimantas Šileikis in the 23rd minute of play. In the 26th minute, Lauras Normantas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Şeray Rauf was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Cafu Antunes might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Şeray Rauf. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cafu Antunes ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Regimantas Šileikis in the 30th minute of play forced The Last Airbender's goalkeeper Şeray Rauf to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd match minute, The Last Airbender was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ömür Himmet to maneuver through the defense. Ferman Sıraç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th minute, Karl-Michael Bremming hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Şeray Rauf made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Regimantas Šileikis in the 43rd minute of play. Hakkı Kenan Ayçetin charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hakkı Kenan Ayçetin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 45 played minutes The Last Airbender got a freekick which was hit by Hakkı Kenan Ayçetin. The Last Airbender's Şeray Rauf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lauras Normantas in the 46th minute of play. 48 minutes into the match, The Last Airbender's goal looked a bit too open when Regimantas Šileikis came free, but Şeray Rauf reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lauras Normantas made a kick off. 55 minutes into the match, The Last Airbender's goalkeeper Şeray Rauf had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daavid Šembera. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cafu Antunes in the 56th minute of play forced The Last Airbender's goalkeeper Şeray Rauf to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute of the match, Daavid Šembera got a very nice opportunity to score, but Şeray Rauf was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Şeray Rauf made an important save on a dangerous shot by Saulius Inzaghi in the 63rd minute. Daavid Šembera's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Şeray Rauf read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. 68 minutes into the game, FC Alytus United's Regimantas Šileikis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Şeray Rauf made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. The Last Airbender's Şeray Rauf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saulius Inzaghi in the 75th minute of play. The supporters of The Last Airbender booed when FC Alytus United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lowrey Fallen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Şeray Rauf didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 82nd minute, which inside left pole to 1-3. The Last Airbender's Şeray Rauf proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save The Last Airbender from getting a goal against them. After 91 minutes of play, FC Alytus United's Saulius Inzaghi made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Şeray Rauf was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 95 played minutes The Last Airbender got a freekick which was hit by Yakut Tengiz. The FC Alytus United supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Alytus United would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
