Zoil Pequeño charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zoil Pequeño the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tao Lei Le hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Jose Boldu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lisandro Nuñez in the 22nd minute of play. Zoil Pequeño blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dario Astigar having to make a save. Zoil Pequeño could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Dario Astigar made a huge save. Jose Boldu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lisandro Nuñez's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. 36 minutes into the game, Regis Padriña threw the ball into play from the sideline. SAN LORENZO FC's Wen Lang Qing quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Deportivo ScrugenFC's Jose Boldu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artur Quintas in the 39th minute of play. If Lv Ang Jing had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of SAN LORENZO FC booed when Deportivo ScrugenFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zoil Pequeño didn't get a good kick on the ball.

SAN LORENZO FC's Dario Astigar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zoil Pequeño in the 63rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in SAN LORENZO FC's zone, Zoil Pequeño stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dario Astigar came out of the goal and Zoil Pequeño tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. SAN LORENZO FC's Ciriaco Cordarrell was substituted for Lisandro Nuñez. If Leobardo Padierna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ciriaco Cordarrell's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jose Boldu firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 77th minute, José Paulo Silveira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 80 minutes into the match, SAN LORENZO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leobardo Padierna came free, but Dario Astigar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Artur Quintas got free with Jose Boldu in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 85 minutes in the game Léon Valin did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Lv Ang Jing. When the final whistle sounded SAN LORENZO FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Deportivo ScrugenFC.
