In the 10thth minute of the game Santa Jøker who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Annedal FC's Christer Olsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 11 minutes, Santa Jøker made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Annedal FC's Christer Olsson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santa Jøker in the 15th minute of play forced Annedal FC's goalkeeper Christer Olsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 21 minutes into the match, SuRpRiSe's goal looked a bit too open when Elliott Felin came free, but Hubert Kostka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Santa Jøker's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christer Olsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. In the 28th match minute, SuRpRiSe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Konstanty Kensicki to maneuver through the defense. Hubert Kostka made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Luis Bladi sent off a good shot on target. Luis Bladi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hubert Kostka read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. In the 40th minute of the match, Elliott Felin tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hubert Kostka saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Christer Olsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulryk Chodzinski, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Santa Jøker to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute of the game Billy Harman made a throw-in which Luis Bladi played forward. Hubert Kostka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Bladi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. SuRpRiSe's Hubert Kostka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Bladi in the 63rd minute of play. The supporters of SuRpRiSe booed when Annedal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Billy Harman didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 69th minute, Santa Jøker sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Annedal FC's Christer Olsson didn't even have to move. Santa Jøker could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Christer Olsson made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ulryk Chodzinski in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christer Olsson saved Annedal FC from getting behind. After 80 played minutes SuRpRiSe got a freekick which was hit by Tanek Kazanowski. Annedal FC made a substitution. Harald Bergman replaced Billy Harman. Annedal FC's Jan Mossberg was substituted for Yavuz Bal. The supporters of Annedal FC booed when SuRpRiSe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tanek Kazanowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. 86 minutes into the match, SuRpRiSe's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Bladi came free, but Hubert Kostka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Luis Bladi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hubert Kostka was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. SuRpRiSe's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
