Jeronimo Liebana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcin Cebula in the 6th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Dariusz Wos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jeronimo Liebana was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. A.C. Patagonia were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after Soproni Kullancsok's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Szymon Jaszyna took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Demy Vennegoor managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. A.C. Patagonia's Dariusz Wos got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, A.C. Patagonia's Peter Schmeichel got control of the ball when Ingvar Lindkvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Dariusz Wos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 19 played minutes Soproni Kullancsok got a freekick which was hit by 徐梁然. Jeronimo Liebana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dariusz Wos in the 25th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rui Costa in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeronimo Liebana saved Soproni Kullancsok from getting behind. Jeronimo Liebana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dariusz Wos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 32 minutes Soproni Kullancsok's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Szymon Jaszyna who took care of the corner kick. Soproni Kullancsok's Jeronimo Liebana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Demy Vennegoor in the 33rd minute of play. After 34 minutes, Dariusz Wos made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Soproni Kullancsok's Jeronimo Liebana tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dariusz Wos in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jeronimo Liebana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dariusz Wos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 42nd minute of the match, Miklós Kállai got a very nice opportunity to score, but Peter Schmeichel was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Marcin Cebula kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. The supporters of A.C. Patagonia booed when Soproni Kullancsok was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. 徐梁然 didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Miklós Kállai stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Soproni Kullancsok's Jeronimo Liebana got control of the ball when Dariusz Wos tried to sneak it across the goal line. 59 minutes had been played when some careless play by Soproni Kullancsok's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Szymon Jaszyna was slow to take the kick. During this time A.C. Patagonia's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on A.C. Patagonia's corner Cazimir Șeicaru fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jeronimo Liebana quite easily take care of the ball. In the 61st minute A.C. Patagonia were awarded a corner. Szymon Jaszyna went to the cornerflag to take it. A.C. Patagonia's Peter Schmeichel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Szczepan Szarmach in the 63rd minute of play. In the 65th minute Ingvar Lindkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Schmeichel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aldo Di Carlo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Soproni Kullancsok's zone, Aldo Di Carlo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeronimo Liebana came out of the goal and Aldo Di Carlo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gustav Siöman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeronimo Liebana having to interfere. If Aldo Di Carlo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aldo Di Carlo in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jeronimo Liebana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 90th minute Aldo Di Carlo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeronimo Liebana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeronimo Liebana made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Aldo Di Carlo sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Di Carlo in the 93rd minute of play forced Soproni Kullancsok's goalkeeper Jeronimo Liebana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 95 played minutes Soproni Kullancsok got a freekick which was hit by Miklós Kállai. Aldo Di Carlo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
