In the 24th minute of the match Fausto Piattelli sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Barnaba Waldoch skillfully saved the ball. When Ksawery Dudkowski fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Padaka SA's protests and gave Ksawery Dudkowski a yellow card for diving instead. In the 25th match minute, Padaka SA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ksawery Dudkowski to maneuver through the defense. 28 minutes into the game, Radowit Swoboda recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Domenico Orrore. Radowit Swoboda showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Andrzej Kuszczak's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Domenico Orrore read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Barnaba Waldoch took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anselmo Savoia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice moves Andrzej Kuszczak could shoot a difficult shot in the 37th minute, which Domenico Orrore however easily saved by the left post. Radowit Swoboda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domenico Orrore having to interfere. A collision led to US Fulminea getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Francesco Nero hit a great ball. Padaka SA's Radowit Swoboda got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Radowit Swoboda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

US Fulminea's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Padaka SA the free kick. After a rather tough play, US Fulminea's Enrico Cala got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Wit Karpinski charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wit Karpinski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of US Fulminea booed when Padaka SA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wit Karpinski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Barnaba Waldoch showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anselmo Savoia, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. The Padaka SA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1.
