After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Demircan Haktanır managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cemberlitas FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Demircan Haktanır was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gilvan Pires breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cemberlitas FK's Mustafa Hakan Taykut played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fred Campidelis in the 17th minute of play. With his leg Gilvan Pires managed to avoid a goal in the 19thth minute, when Cemberlitas FK's Demircan Haktanır fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience was convinced that Batuğ Zeynur's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gilvan Pires was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. With his leg Mustafa Hakan Taykut managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when Lameirao FC's Fred Campidelis fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Batuğ Zeynur charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Diogo Carioca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mustafa Hakan Taykut having to interfere. Temel Acabay's late challenge caught a Lameirao FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Temel Acabay helped the player get up and apologised. In the 87th minute, Fred Campidelis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Batuğ Zeynur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Cemberlitas FK's Abdulaziz Revnak got a free kick in the 95th minute. The long shot by Evandro Mineiro in the 96th minute really tested Mustafa Hakan Taykut's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal.
