Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Evandro Barral started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute Agustin Fernado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elder Camargo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 4 minutes, Agustin Fernado took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Elder Camargo to make any attempt to save it. In the 7th match minute, Angico AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Lira to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 9th minute, when Cereales's Amado Galtero after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Elder Camargo in Angico AD's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. When Bernardo Crescencio came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Cereales fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardo Crescencio couldn't finish the play. Bernardo Crescencio was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 26th minute. Cereales's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Natã Carneiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Angico AD's Washington Jacinto got a free kick in the 34th minute. Amado Galtero, 35 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. During the 37th minute of the match Washington Jacinto completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Washington Jacinto a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Angico AD's Washington Jacinto got a free kick in the 38th minute. Elder Camargo was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Amado Galtero. Bernardo Crescencio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Elder Camargo made a huge save. The supporters of Cereales booed when Angico AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valdemar Queiroz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Angico AD's Elder Camargo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustin Fernado in the 43rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bernardo Crescencio got free with Elder Camargo in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Agustin Fernado was the one to do the kick off. Anibal Tiso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdemar Queiroz in the 51st minute of play. After 52 minutes, Nicolas Quirce mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cereales and the Angico AD players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nicolas Quirce kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Bernardo Crescencio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leonel Onofre kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. In the 65th minute of the match, Natã Carneiro got a very nice opportunity to score, but Anibal Tiso was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 67 minutes Cereales's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Pedro Lira who took care of the corner kick. Angico AD's Pedro Lira was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Anibal Tiso in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Agustin Fernado came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Cereales fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agustin Fernado couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Natã Carneiro got free with Anibal Tiso in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Natã Carneiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Anibal Tiso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bernardo Crescencio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elder Camargo having to interfere. After 85 played minutes Cereales got a freekick which was hit by Gonzalo George. Elder Camargo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Crescencio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Evandro Barral struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Anibal Tiso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Angico AD. The supporters of Angico AD booed when Cereales was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolas Quirce didn't get a good kick on the ball.
