In the 7th minute Tunç Akkaya shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cihan Zafer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cihan Zafer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tunç Akkaya in the 15th minute of play. Tunç Akkaya received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Cihan Zafer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tunç Akkaya in the 28th minute of the match. ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐►'s attentive Güney Özboga managed to snatch the ball when Witold Kowalski made a throw-in in the 29th minute of the game. 31 minutes into the match, Tunç Akkaya had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cihan Zafer. ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐►'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tunç Akkaya was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tunç Akkaya in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cihan Zafer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 36th minute Erkut Cenan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cihan Zafer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cihan Zafer came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by F.C internazionale's Tunç Akkaya. But to his dismay, Tunç Akkaya quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 44th match minute, ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐► was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leopoldo Boniel to maneuver through the defense. 46 minutes into the game, Okaner Necmi threw the ball into play from the sideline. ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐►'s Corné van Basten quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Henk Veerman made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Henk Veerman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lyle Flanagan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60thth minute of the game Henk Veerman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C internazionale's Lyle Flanagan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Erkut Cenan's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Cihan Zafer firmly grabbed it by the left post.
