The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sebastian Käller took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, North Pole Kickers's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Käller came free, but Folke Bure reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdemar Tomasson in the 4th minute of play forced Sweden's goalkeeper Isak Jacobsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Folke Bure took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Käller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 11 minutes into the match, Sweden's goal looked a bit too open when Anders Byström came free, but Isak Jacobsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute, Sebastian Käller left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sweden fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Folke Bure showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Käller, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Sebastian Käller took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Folke Bure. Folke Bure dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Sebastian Käller's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Folke Bure read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute of the match Sweden got a corner. North Pole Kickers's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joacim Hansson ran over to the corner to take the kick. Sweden's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joacim Hansson in the 26th minute. A nice corner shot did that Joacim Hansson got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Folke Bure quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Sebastian Käller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Sebastian Käller managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sweden's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastian Käller was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Folke Bure breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 34 minutes into the match, Sebastian Käller notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of North Pole Kickers's Folke Bure. Folke Bure was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 36 minutes into the game, Sweden's Sebastian Käller nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Folke Bure made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. If Sebastian Käller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Folke Bure showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Käller, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. When Sebastian Käller came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Sweden fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Käller couldn't finish the play. 43 minutes into the game, Sweden's Sebastian Käller nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Folke Bure made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Sweden's Isak Jacobsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anders Byström in the 91st minute of play. Folke Bure took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jörgen Levander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 96th minute of the match Sweden got a corner. North Pole Kickers's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joacim Hansson ran over to the corner to take the kick. For all the effort they put into the match, the North Pole Kickers players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Sweden.
