When Caco Miranda fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MAZER SAF's protests and gave Caco Miranda a yellow card for diving instead. In the 5th match minute, MAZER SAF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Caco Miranda to maneuver through the defense. Zuera Never End MZC's Santo Everton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Renato Gonçalves in the 6th minute of play. In the 9th minute Paulo Renato Gonçalves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santo Everton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Héctor Hernández during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Santo Everton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manfredo de Azevedo in the 20th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the game, Faas Marsal recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Toninho Schmidt. Faas Marsal showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Santo Everton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Héctor Hernández in the 25th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, MAZER SAF's goal looked a bit too open when Jairo Cardoso came free, but Toninho Schmidt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Claudinei Vianna hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Toninho Schmidt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar Prestes, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Faas Marsal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. MAZER SAF were awarded a corner in the 52th minute after Zuera Never End MZC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mathias Favoretto took the corner. After a rather tough play, MAZER SAF's Breno Bidon got a free kick in the 54th minute. Faas Marsal hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Caco Miranda hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. The supporters of Zuera Never End MZC booed when MAZER SAF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caco Miranda didn't get a good kick on the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Zuera Never End MZC's goalkeeper Santo Everton had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Héctor Hernández. Santo Everton made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Afonsinho Medeiros sent off a good shot on target. Breno Bidon kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Santo Everton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Doriva Carneiro in the 87th minute of play. In the 92nd match minute, MAZER SAF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Caco Miranda to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by William Palmeira in the 95th minute of play forced MAZER SAF's goalkeeper Toninho Schmidt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the MAZER SAF players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Zuera Never End MZC.
