Miguel--Angel Sigurdardottir could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Tencho Genchev made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Eduardo de Salles in the 16th minute of play forced DOROSTOL Ss's goalkeeper Tencho Genchev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 21 minutes into the match, DOROSTOL Ss's Zheko Radushev sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abcdefghijklmno Vieira De Oliveira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luiz Eduardo de Salles to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in DOROSTOL Ss's zone, Luiz Eduardo de Salles stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tencho Genchev came out of the goal and Luiz Eduardo de Salles tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Dragolyub Dudekov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Ognyan Elmazov managed to get in a good position for a shot. DOROSTOL Ss's supporters rose to their feet, but Ognyan Elmazov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dragolyub Dudekov didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th minute of the match Gonçalo Pimenta shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tencho Genchev showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Dragolyub Dudekov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Miguel--Angel Sigurdardottir came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the ≮王者归来≯Kowloon City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miguel--Angel Sigurdardottir couldn't finish the play. The ≮王者归来≯Kowloon City support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
