Union Madereros's Róbert Szepesvári played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 顾竞骏 in the 12th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ismael Ourente in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabiano Saldanha saved Qjos MiLLano from getting behind. After 17 minutes Qjos MiLLano's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Geordi Berthelette who took care of the corner kick. Fabiano Saldanha made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hermengildo Jakue in the 20th minute. Qjos MiLLano's Fabiano Saldanha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Ourente in the 25th minute of play. The audience was convinced that 顾竞骏's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Róbert Szepesvári was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felipe van Basten couldn't finish the play. 顾竞骏 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Róbert Szepesvári having to interfere. Róbert Szepesvári made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe van Basten in the 45th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Ismael Ourente made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, 顾竞骏 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Róbert Szepesvári made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Felipe van Basten sent off a good shot on target. In the 60th minute Hermengildo Jakue shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabiano Saldanha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabiano Saldanha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ismael Ourente in the 62nd minute of the match. Qjos MiLLano's Fabiano Saldanha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Placido Domingues in the 67th minute of play. After 67 minutes of play, Club Dep. Union Madereros's Placido Domingues made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fabiano Saldanha was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ismael Ourente in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabiano Saldanha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Qjos MiLLano's Felipe van Basten got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Filomeno Salamon during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Qjos MiLLano booed when Club Dep. Union Madereros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filomeno Salamon didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 77 minutes, Reynaldo Iraunkor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Qjos MiLLano and the Club Dep. Union Madereros players grew even worse after the yellow card. Reynaldo Iraunkor hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After 80 played minutes Club Dep. Union Madereros got a freekick which was hit by Wen Yuan Zhen. Róbert Szepesvári made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 孙真星 in the 86th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by 孙真星 in the 88th minute of play forced Club Dep. Union Madereros's goalkeeper Róbert Szepesvári to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 91 minutes into the match, Qjos MiLLano's 孙真星 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Róbert Szepesvári narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Club Dep. Union Madereros's Róbert Szepesvári got control of the ball when 孙真星 tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
