In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind LRCA Office Club's goalkeeper Josué Mangueira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 18th minute, Marek Kaider left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hahay fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After 22 played minutes LRCA Office Club got a freekick which was hit by Vitinho Vides. LRCA Office Club's Josué Mangueira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cezary Domarecki in the 23rd minute of play. After 27 minutes, Virgílio Carioca mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LRCA Office Club and the Hahay players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 27th minute, Virgílio Carioca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 29 minutes into the game, Hahay's Cezary Domarecki nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The LRCA Office Club players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Hahay were winning 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edgar Mazza to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cezary Domarecki in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Josué Mangueira saved LRCA Office Club from getting behind. The supporters of LRCA Office Club booed when Hahay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wágner de Amorim didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 57th minute of the match Vitinho Vides sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edgar Smuskiewicz skillfully saved the ball. Josué Mangueira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cezary Domarecki, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Josué Mangueira was out of position in the 61 minute of play, and Marek Kaider capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marek Kaider really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. In the 65th minute, Cezary Domarecki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 66 minutes into the game, Hahay's Marek Kaider nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hahay's Gilbert Zajac quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Horácio Saldanha, made in the 80th minute of the game. During the 82nd minute of the match Virgílio Carioca completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Virgílio Carioca a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 81 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for LRCA Office Club! The audience was convinced that Cezary Domarecki's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Josué Mangueira was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. Josué Mangueira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cezary Domarecki went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-11 was the resulting score. The LRCA Office Club fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hahay were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
