In the 15th minute Amadeo Tuste shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristian Willem Neuling saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute, Amadeo Tuste made a precise shot to the right of Kristian Willem Neuling. Tiger's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Carlos Augusto Recife took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elis Färber, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 24 minutes, Carlos Augusto Recife successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Palmeiras's Carlos Augusto Recife played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elis Färber in the 29th minute of play. Caio Boldrini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fulko Schwaderer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Augusto Recife having to interfere. A collision led to Tiger getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Rolf Matzken hit a great ball. Caio Boldrini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Kristian Willem Neuling tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Amadeo Tuste to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute of the match Elis Färber shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carlos Augusto Recife showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 53 played minutes Palmeiras got a freekick which was hit by Artur Fonelleda. 59 minutes into the match, Amadeo Tuste notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Tiger's Kristian Willem Neuling. Kristian Willem Neuling was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 63rd minute, Amadeo Tuste left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. After 94 minutes, Caio Boldrini mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Palmeiras and the Tiger players grew even worse after the yellow card.
