The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Diego Balendin in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Keylor Navas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Keylor Navas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Balendin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. NECKER49's Keylor Navas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Balendin in the 19th minute of play. Nicanor Vidal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Anier Oidor made a huge save. Anier Oidor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilfredo Ebardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the San Lorenzo defense, Wilfredo Ebardo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anier Oidor. The San Lorenzo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anier Oidor should have stopped the shot. If Arnaldo Hurko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Flavio Lucila kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Nicanor Vidal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anier Oidor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilfredo Ebardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Keylor Navas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Hurko in the 38th minute of play. Keylor Navas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diego Balendin in the 43rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Wilfredo Ebardo managed to get in a good position for a shot. NECKER49's supporters rose to their feet, but Wilfredo Ebardo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anier Oidor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

NECKER49's Keylor Navas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Balendin in the 51st minute of play. After a rather tough play, San Lorenzo's Flavio Lucila got a free kick in the 52nd minute. When Wei Xuan Yang fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored NECKER49's protests and gave Wei Xuan Yang a yellow card for diving instead. In the 55th minute, Wei Xuan Yang hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Diego Balendin during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 66 played minutes San Lorenzo got a freekick which was hit by Diego Balendin. NECKER49 made a substitution. Franco Muñoz replaced Wilfredo Ebardo. Anier Oidor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franco Muñoz, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Keylor Navas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diego Balendin in the 70th minute of the match. Cipriano Abad hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Diego Balendin was shown his second yellow card after 76 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 76th minute, Diego Balendin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 77th minute, Alejo Kaxen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 79 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Franco Muñoz sped through San Lorenzo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Anier Oidor. In the 82nd minute, Victor Belmiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicanor Vidal took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 83rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Anier Oidor. San Lorenzo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The audience was convinced that Nicanor Vidal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anier Oidor was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. In the 86thth minute of the game Nicanor Vidal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but San Lorenzo's Anier Oidor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arnaldo Hurko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Keylor Navas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alejo Kaxen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anier Oidor having to make a save. NECKER49's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
