A collision led to JubiladosPlayasdeMalagaFS getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Ari Brantwein hit a great ball. The score was 1-1 after 90 minutes, which forced the match into extra-time.

With an all-out effort, JubiladosPlayasdeMalagaFS's Manuel Loren threw himself towards the right post 129 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alejandro Folch, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 30 minutes of extra-time there was still no winner. The players now faced the much dreaded penalty shoot-out.

The goalkeeper, Tino Casal, was totally fooled by Volvio Moreno's Silverio Barrionuevo, who 137 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 138th minute of the game, JubiladosPlayasdeMalagaFS got a penalty. The shot went straight in by the left post. In the 144th minute there was a penalty for JubiladosPlayasdeMalagaFS. Alvaro Vitullo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Manuel Loren. 2-3.
