Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Karl-Ove Blomkvist to make the kick off. Christian Wenerdahl was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee ended the match the Academia Rio players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
