Cayetano Amaya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wessel Bos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wessel Bos might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cayetano Amaya. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wessel Bos ran back to his position shaking his head. Cayetano Amaya didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kazimierz Chrobak went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. The score was 3-3 after 90 minutes, which forced the match into extra-time.

All the players looked a little tired when it was time for the first half of the overtime. It was KN ZGORZELEC's Wessel Bos that got to make the kick off. Borys Karaszkiewicz in the 110thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cayetano Amaya, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Jorge Ekaitz fell near the penalty area in the 111th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Juguemos con el 5's protests and gave Jorge Ekaitz a yellow card for diving instead. The first half of extra-time was a real thriller. Both teams had created chances, but they were still tied when the whistle blew. The players were able to take a short breather during the short break.

The referee gave KN ZGORZELEC a penalty, 136 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Wessel Bos, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Juguemos con el 5's Cayetano Amaya. 5-4. In the 143rd minute there was a penalty for KN ZGORZELEC. Anthimos Ntounias stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cayetano Amaya. 6-4. Juguemos con el 5's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
