The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Pedro Veiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 2nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sylwester Soszka lost his temper 7 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 6 minutes into the game, one of DJVAGALUMY FC.:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Amelie FC a penalty, 9 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Marcial Leoiar, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of DJVAGALUMY FC.'s Kléber Abreu. 0-1. In the 12thth minute of the game Paulinho Zanette who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Amelie FC's Nicasio Benino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paulinho Zanette got free with Nicasio Benino in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 20 minutes into the match, Amelie FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Veiga came free, but Nicasio Benino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 31 minutes, Oriol Mesina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Amelie FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oriol Mesina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Amelie FC's Konrad Kasprzak got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Henrique Sergipano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicasio Benino having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paulinho Zanette to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Pedro Veiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicasio Benino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 52 minutes into the game, Pedro Veiga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Nicasio Benino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oriol Mesina in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kléber Abreu saved DJVAGALUMY FC. from getting behind. In the 66th minute of the match, Paulinho Zanette sent away a good long shot that could have become a goal, but Nicasio Benino showed an example of his skillful tending and made the save just under the crossbar. If Gerard López had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, DJVAGALUMY FC.'s Ezequiel Rutenio got a free kick in the 72nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oriol Mesina in the 81st minute of play forced DJVAGALUMY FC.'s goalkeeper Kléber Abreu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute Konrad Kasprzak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kléber Abreu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Konrad Kasprzak in the 83rd minute of play forced DJVAGALUMY FC.'s goalkeeper Kléber Abreu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ilie Ivăncioiu's late challenge caught a DJVAGALUMY FC.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ilie Ivăncioiu helped the player get up and apologised. Paulinho Zanette, 92 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. The Amelie FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented DJVAGALUMY FC. from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
