The referee ignored POZANTI SPOR's protests and gave Nedim Bilgehan a yellow card for diving instead. After 3 played minutes POZANTI SPOR got a freekick which was hit by Nedim Bilgehan. After 10 minutes of play, POZANTI SPOR's Dries Mertens made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Angelo Carballal was left in no man's land by his defense there! 14 minutes into the match, Sporting Buceo's Gilmar Cuadrillero broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Tayfur Muhlis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nardo Tuo in the 16th minute of the match. If Xarles Gadañon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Tayfur Muhlis managed to avoid a goal in the 21stth minute, when Sporting Buceo's Nardo Tuo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Nardo Tuo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Angelo Carballal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dries Mertens in the 28th minute of the match. Yakut Bilgehan hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. After 33 minutes POZANTI SPOR's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gilmar Cuadrillero who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Gilmar Cuadrillero got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tayfur Muhlis quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 37 minutes into the match, POZANTI SPOR's goalkeeper Tayfur Muhlis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nardo Tuo. Tayfur Muhlis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xarles Gadañon in the 42nd minute of play. 45 minutes had been played when some careless play by POZANTI SPOR's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gilmar Cuadrillero was slow to take the kick. During this time Sporting Buceo's players had a chance to rest. Gilmar Cuadrillero made a great header on Sporting Buceo's corner, it was just that POZANTI SPOR's Tayfur Muhlis managed to reach the ball for a save. After a rather tough play, POZANTI SPOR's Ercüment Lefter got a free kick in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Göksel Erserim was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Göksel Erserim's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Angelo Carballal was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. 65 minutes into the game, Xarles Gadañon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Tayfur Muhlis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match clock showed 67 minutes, the score became 2-3 when Nardo Tuo sped through POZANTI SPOR's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tayfur Muhlis. After some careless play in the POZANTI SPOR defense, Kismi Tojedo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tayfur Muhlis. The POZANTI SPOR fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tayfur Muhlis should have stopped the shot. 73 minutes into the game, Nardo Tuo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-3. Tayfur Muhlis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Angelo Carballal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dries Mertens, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 76th minute, Xarles Gadañon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tayfur Muhlis was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-3. Nardo Tuo struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Tayfur Muhlis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sporting Buceo. After a rather tough play, Sporting Buceo's Lucas Cepa got a free kick in the 86th minute.
