Stade Ygossais's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 毛明昆 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 6th minute, Rony Dudu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vivien Canale was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Hílton Vasconcelos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 15 minutes into the match, Qu Wei notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Stade Ygossais's Vivien Canale. Vivien Canale was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vivien Canale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rony Dudu, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 22nd minute, Edgard Blaison fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 26 minutes into the match, Stade Ygossais's goal looked a bit too open when Qu Wei came free, but Vivien Canale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vivien Canale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rony Dudu, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 28th match minute, Stade Ygossais was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jean-Sébastien Bruel to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute, 毛明昆 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vivien Canale was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 33rd match minute, Stade Ygossais was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geoffrey Gand to maneuver through the defense. 39 minutes into the game, Hílton Vasconcelos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Vivien Canale was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Vivien Canale came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Proteu's Qu Wei. But to his dismay, Qu Wei quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Hílton Vasconcelos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Vivien Canale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vivien Canale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rony Dudu in the 46th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lucien Rouge during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 47th minute, Lucien Rouge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half Proteu were leading 0-7. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 毛明昆 to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Rony Dudu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Vivien Canale. That made the score 0-8 in the 53 minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, Hílton Vasconcelos notched a goal, 0-9, to the right of Stade Ygossais's Vivien Canale. Vivien Canale was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Proteu getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Hílton Vasconcelos hit a great ball. 62 minutes into the match, Hílton Vasconcelos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vivien Canale. Vivien Canale was a little too slow when Rony Dudu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 65th minute. The score was now 0-11. An unexpectedly hard shot by Qu Wei in the 68th minute of play forced Stade Ygossais's goalkeeper Vivien Canale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute, Qu Wei reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vivien Canale. The goal made the score 0-12. After 77th play minutes 毛明昆 shot 0-13, a short shot which went by Vivien Canale and just under the crossbar into goal. 毛明昆 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vivien Canale having to make a save. The supporters of Proteu booed when Stade Ygossais was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geoffrey Gand didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rony Dudu took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vivien Canale. Vivien Canale dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-14. In the 89th minute Rony Dudu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vivien Canale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Proteu's Hílton Vasconcelos got a free kick in the 90th minute. In the 92nd minute, Qu Wei left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Proteu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-15. In the 95th minute, Proteu's Hílton Vasconcelos ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vivien Canale. Vivien Canale yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-16. 98 minutes into the match, Stade Ygossais's goal looked a bit too open when 毛明昆 came free, but Vivien Canale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
