Gerard López didn't get a good kick on the ball. 42 minutes into the match, Amelie FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edgard Blaison came free, but Nicasio Benino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee ignored Stade Ygossais's protests and gave Lucien Rouge a yellow card for diving instead. Lucien Rouge kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aurelio Rubio made a kick off. Aurelio Rubio took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vivien Canale. Vivien Canale dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. When Krzysztof Kon fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Amelie FC's protests and gave Krzysztof Kon a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Amelie FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Krzysztof Kon hit a great ball. Edgard Blaison recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerard López in the 58th minute of play forced Stade Ygossais's goalkeeper Vivien Canale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute, Gerard López left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Amelie FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Gerard López might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vivien Canale. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gerard López ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aurelio Rubio in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vivien Canale prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vivien Canale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerard López, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Amelie FC's Nicasio Benino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jean-Sébastien Bruel in the 64th minute of play. Vivien Canale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerard López, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 69 minutes, Nicasio Benino successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 78th match minute, Stade Ygossais was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mathieu Autin to maneuver through the defense. Konrad Kasprzak might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vivien Canale. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Konrad Kasprzak ran back to his position shaking his head. After 80th play minutes Aurelio Rubio shot 6-0, a short shot which went by Vivien Canale and just under the crossbar into goal. Vivien Canale didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gerard López went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Vivien Canale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from António Tinoco in the 85th minute of play. Vivien Canale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from António Tinoco, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Amelie FC's Nicasio Benino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jean-Sébastien Bruel in the 93rd minute of play. Konrad Kasprzak kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. After 94 minutes, Mathieu Autin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stade Ygossais and the Amelie FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 94 played minutes Stade Ygossais got a freekick which was hit by Mathieu Autin. Amelie FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
