Jerónimo Bettencourt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Durval Proença hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Leandro Heidemann put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Jerónimo Bettencourt. 16 minutes into the game, Leandro Heidemann cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Jerónimo Bettencourt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Leandro Heidemann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wilbert Ugalde in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jerónimo Bettencourt saved Tortugas from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Tortugas's Big Egø got a free kick in the 21st minute. Thrinakie Hagias kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Jerónimo Bettencourt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro Heidemann, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leandro Aires in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Téo Leite prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jerónimo Bettencourt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilbert Ugalde in the 31st minute of the match. After 33 minutes of play, Alvi Verde's Wilbert Ugalde made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jerónimo Bettencourt was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 38th minute, Wilbert Ugalde made a precise shot to the right of Jerónimo Bettencourt. Tortugas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Leandro Heidemann scored 0-6 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jerónimo Bettencourt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Alvi Verde booed when Tortugas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Benat didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Tortugas players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Alvi Verde were winning 0-6.

The wind increased when Leandro Heidemann made the kick off in the second half. Wilbert Ugalde could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Jerónimo Bettencourt made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leandro Heidemann in the 65th minute of play forced Tortugas's goalkeeper Jerónimo Bettencourt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 67 minutes, Leandro Heidemann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alvi Verde's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leandro Heidemann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Leandro Heidemann's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jerónimo Bettencourt was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. Jerónimo Bettencourt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leandro Heidemann in the 75th minute of the match. Leandro Heidemann struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Jerónimo Bettencourt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alvi Verde. Jerónimo Bettencourt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilbert Ugalde in the 81st minute of play. 82 minutes into the game, Leandro Heidemann recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jerónimo Bettencourt. Leandro Heidemann showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. The throw-in from Ihedioha Batalawa in the 86th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Alvi Verde's Almir Alagoano. 88 minutes into the match, Tortugas's goal looked a bit too open when Wilbert Ugalde came free, but Jerónimo Bettencourt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Leandro Heidemann kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jerónimo Bettencourt. That made the score 0-9 in the 90 minute of play. Alvi Verde's Leandro Heidemann got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alvi Verde played a much better game than Tortugas and deserved their victory. The Tortugas players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
