Braulio Manny made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cléber Maia in the 14th minute. Valdo da Costa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lucas Ugutz went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Valdo da Costa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rangel Machev in the 19th minute of play. Cléber Maia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Braulio Manny made a huge save. 26 minutes into the match, Lázaro Ramone had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Valdo da Costa. Guardiões da Muralha FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lázaro Ramone was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. 32 minutes into the match, Guardiões da Muralha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Ugutz came free, but Valdo da Costa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Guardiões da Muralha FC's Cacá Catarinense got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 36th minute, Rafael da Silveira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vânderson Amorim hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Valdo da Costa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romualdas Motiekaitis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Guardiões da Muralha FC defense, Lázaro Ramone kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valdo da Costa. The Guardiões da Muralha FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valdo da Costa should have stopped the shot.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lucas Ugutz to make the kick off. If Teofilo Gonzalez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rangel Machev could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Valdo da Costa made a huge save. Valdo da Costa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lázaro Ramone showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 64 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lucas Ugutz in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valdo da Costa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 74 played minutes Guardiões da Muralha FC got a freekick which was hit by Humberto da Fonseca. Carapa FC made a substitution. Virgilio Laffitte replaced Kong Liang Wen. Carapa FC's Jesus Cefero was substituted for Lucas Ugutz. Humberto da Fonseca kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Carapa FC's Teofilo Gonzalez shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 76th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Valdo da Costa but with some difficulty. Rangel Machev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Valdo da Costa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Romualdas Motiekaitis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Valdo da Costa. Guardiões da Muralha FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Romualdas Motiekaitis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. In the 91st minute, Romualdas Motiekaitis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Carapa FC's Börje Hamnberg got a free kick in the 92nd minute. When the final whistle sounded Carapa FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Guardiões da Muralha FC.
