But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roger Blowman couldn't finish the play. kcronos's Florian Menichini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nathanial Alcock in the 13th minute of play. Florian Menichini made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Jasper Morning sent off a good shot on target. Sacha York showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ebardo Atauri, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Sacha York showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrea Iacovone in the 17th minute of the match. In the 21st minute of the match, Nathanial Alcock tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Florian Menichini saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a rather tough play, kcronos's Rafael Torres got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 26thth minute of the game Andrea Iacovone who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Watchet's Sacha York was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nathanial Alcock took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Florian Menichini. Florian Menichini dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Andrea Iacovone might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sacha York. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Andrea Iacovone ran back to his position shaking his head. Watchet's Jasper Morning suffered a sore thigh after 39 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Alfonso Coco hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Florian Menichini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roger Blowman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner led Watchet's Stewart Winehouse to a score. 3-0 in the 43rd minute. In the 47th minute Clive Chalk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florian Menichini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

51 minutes into the game, kcronos's Alessandro Marzoli nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sacha York made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. The supporters of Watchet booed when kcronos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dario Scatena didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Clive Chalk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rd minute, Roger Blowman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Florian Menichini was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. 66 minutes into the game, kcronos's Andrea Iacovone nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sacha York made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. A collision led to Watchet getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Jimmy Patterson hit a great ball. After 77 minutes, Rupert Chamberlain mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Watchet and the kcronos players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Watchet's Rupert Chamberlain got a free kick in the 78th minute. Ebardo Atauri hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Roger Blowman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florian Menichini having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roger Blowman in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Florian Menichini saved kcronos from getting behind. In the 94th minute, Ebardo Atauri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There was no doubt that Watchet were the better team. Watchet's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
