They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Roger Blowman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Buster Browne during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Watchet getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Buster Browne hit a great ball. Nesor Para received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Sacha York tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Watchet's Jimmy Patterson got a free kick in the 78th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nesor Para in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sacha York saved Watchet from getting behind. In the 80th match minute, Watchet was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jimmy Patterson to maneuver through the defense. If Joanes Miquel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee gave Watchet a penalty, 90 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Barrie Stride, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of TABERNEROS RC's Benigno Moñiz. 2-3. Benigno Moñiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roger Blowman in the 95th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Nesor Para put it in 2-4 from a short distance just to the right of Sacha York.
