After a defensive mix-up in THE CRYSTAL SHIP's zone, Cornel Răducanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Färid Mondragón came out of the goal and Cornel Răducanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cornel Răducanu in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Färid Mondragón prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Iulian Bacalbașa hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in THE CRYSTAL SHIP's zone, Peruanton Tamayo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Färid Mondragón came out of the goal and Peruanton Tamayo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Roman Tomaka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebati Rafih got free with Napoleon Dziedelonis in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cornel Răducanu to strike the kick off in the second half. THE CRYSTAL SHIP's Färid Mondragón proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save THE CRYSTAL SHIP from getting a goal against them. For all the effort they put into the match, the FERRABARCA FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for THE CRYSTAL SHIP.
