AMLUCHO's Damiano Formica quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 11th minute Berke Rush shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Selahaddin Esentürk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Frenchville Sports Club's Quincy Slattery slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Selahaddin Esentürk. That made the score 1-0 after 12 minutes of play. If Kerim Altunbaş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Edvaldo Gaspar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kerim Altunbaş, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the game, Valério Netto threw the ball into play from the sideline. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kerim Altunbaş in the 29th minute of play forced Frenchville Sports Club's goalkeeper Edvaldo Gaspar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edvaldo Gaspar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kerim Altunbaş, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Berke Rush had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. AMLUCHO's Kerim Altunbaş got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Frenchville Sports Club getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Starri Ööpik hit a great ball. 41 minutes into the match, AMLUCHO's Kerim Altunbaş sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edvaldo Gaspar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 45th minute Berke Rush shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Selahaddin Esentürk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Frenchville Sports Club defense, Kerim Altunbaş kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edvaldo Gaspar. The Frenchville Sports Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edvaldo Gaspar should have stopped the shot. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kerim Altunbaş to make the kick off. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Frenchville Sports Club's goalkeeper Edvaldo Gaspar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Edvaldo Gaspar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kerim Altunbaş, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. AMLUCHO's Selahaddin Esentürk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Starri Ööpik in the 64th minute of play. Edvaldo Gaspar made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Kerim Altunbaş sent off a good shot on target. AMLUCHO made a substitution. Mati Magen replaced Kerim Altunbaş. After a defensive mix-up in Frenchville Sports Club's zone, Mati Magen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edvaldo Gaspar came out of the goal and Mati Magen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Frenchville Sports Club getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Berke Rush hit a great ball. 72 minutes into the match, Frenchville Sports Club's goalkeeper Edvaldo Gaspar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mati Magen. Mati Magen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Edvaldo Gaspar made a huge save. The throw-in from Can Sadov in the 82nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by AMLUCHO's Jackie Banks. Edvaldo Gaspar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mati Magen in the 84th minute. Mati Magen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 91 minutes into the match, Frenchville Sports Club's goalkeeper Edvaldo Gaspar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mati Magen. Mati Magen might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edvaldo Gaspar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mati Magen ran back to his position shaking his head. After 95 played minutes Frenchville Sports Club got a freekick which was hit by Pompiliu Uncheşelu. After a defensive mix-up in Frenchville Sports Club's zone, Jackie Banks stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edvaldo Gaspar came out of the goal and Jackie Banks tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Frenchville Sports Club's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
