After a rather tough play, Los Irrompibles's Santiago Calvet got a free kick in the 30th minute. Fabricio Lawrence made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Thorbjörn Olerius sent off a good shot on target. Alfonso Nuxila was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 35 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Los Irrompibles fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 35th minute. Penalty! Fabricio Lawrence took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian Våleman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cleto Truylos hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

After 72 minutes, Marcus Majewski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ManagerZone Crew and the Los Irrompibles players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 72nd minute, Marcus Majewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristo Gregory recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gonzalo Videl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Patrick Armstrong tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 78 minutes into the match, Los Irrompibles's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Linkhorst came free, but Fabricio Lawrence reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rogelio Herrasti during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
