Lucjan Burufski scored 1-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Peter Nyamau, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 10th match minute, AKS Kozienice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cyprian Witwicki to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucjan Burufski in the 15th minute of play forced Hurst Green's goalkeeper Peter Nyamau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute AKS Kozienice were awarded a corner. Lucjan Burufski went to the cornerflag to take it. After a rather tough play, Hurst Green's Antony Asati got a free kick in the 19th minute. Peter Nyamau stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucjan Burufski's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Szczepan Jazowski made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Antony Asati sent off a good shot on target. When Cyprian Witwicki fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AKS Kozienice's protests and gave Cyprian Witwicki a yellow card for diving instead. After 31 played minutes AKS Kozienice got a freekick which was hit by Cyprian Witwicki. AKS Kozienice's Szczepan Jazowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Chege in the 32nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Hurst Green defense, Lucjan Burufski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Peter Nyamau. The Hurst Green fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Peter Nyamau should have stopped the shot. Peter Nyamau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucjan Burufski in the 37th minute of play. With his leg Szczepan Jazowski managed to avoid a goal in the 39thth minute, when Hurst Green's McDonald Leakey fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfred Drab in the 42nd minute of play forced Hurst Green's goalkeeper Peter Nyamau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. AKS Kozienice's defense didn't have a chance, in the 44th minute, when Martin Chege scored to the left of an out of position Szczepan Jazowski, making the score, 3-2. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.
51 minutes into the match, Martin Chege had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Szczepan Jazowski. AKS Kozienice's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Martin Chege was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Lucjan Burufski took a quick shot and it went in 4-3 without a chance for Peter Nyamau to make any attempt to save it. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hurst Green's goalkeeper Peter Nyamau, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 57 minutes into the match, Lucjan Burufski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Peter Nyamau. Hurst Green's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lucjan Burufski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-4. Szczepan Jazowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from McDonald Leakey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62nd minute, Gu Peng Guo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Szczepan Jazowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Chege in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 64th minute McDonald Leakey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Szczepan Jazowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucjan Burufski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Peter Nyamau made a huge save. Valdomiro Guerra kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 76th minute, Victor Dadi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lucjan Burufski might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Peter Nyamau. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lucjan Burufski ran back to his position shaking his head. 81 minutes into the match, AKS Kozienice's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Chege came free, but Szczepan Jazowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 82 played minutes Hurst Green got a freekick which was hit by Antony Asati. With a little luck, Hurst Green's Peter Nyamau got control of the ball when Lucjan Burufski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Szczepan Jazowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Chege in the 88th minute of play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
