An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonçalo Madureira in the 44th minute of play forced Los Tuzos del Pachuca F.C's goalkeeper Benedicto Pueblo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jason Carrillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 92 played minutes Hartmann Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Virgílio Domingues. Fernandão Zonta kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Hartmann Futebol Clube were victorious despite being under pressure from Los Tuzos del Pachuca F.C for much of the match.
