Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Green Horses's Chan Clet started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Matthew Sands showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Notis Bartzokas, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Matthew Sands made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chan Clet in the 9th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chan Clet in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matthew Sands saved THe Last Indian from getting behind. In the 14th minute Chan Clet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matthew Sands saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matthew Sands showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Notis Bartzokas, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. THe Last Indian's Matthew Sands played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Notis Bartzokas in the 17th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Notis Bartzokas in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Matthew Sands prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 22nd play minutes Notis Bartzokas shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Matthew Sands and just under the crossbar into goal. Matthew Sands made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chan Clet in the 28th minute of play. Matthew Sands showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chan Clet, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 32nd minute, Eddie Page ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wlodzimierz Rawa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After a rather tough play, Green Horses's Odysseas Terzis got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 37th minute, Steve Smiley fired a really elegant long shot, but Wlodzimierz Rawa threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for József Kozák to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in THe Last Indian's zone, Konstantinos Kostoulas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matthew Sands came out of the goal and Konstantinos Kostoulas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 52nd minute Notis Bartzokas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matthew Sands saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 53 minutes into the game, Notis Bartzokas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Matthew Sands was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 57th minute, Chan Clet left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Green Horses fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. In the 64thth minute of the game Chan Clet who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but THe Last Indian's Matthew Sands was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 65 minutes into the match, THe Last Indian's goal looked a bit too open when Chan Clet came free, but Matthew Sands reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Steve Smiley charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Steve Smiley the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Green Horses booed when THe Last Indian was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Steve Smiley didn't get a good kick on the ball. THe Last Indian's defense didn't have a chance, in the 67th minute, when Notis Bartzokas scored to the left of an out of position Matthew Sands, making the score, 1-5. After 70 played minutes Green Horses got a freekick which was hit by Paris Mourlos. In the 72nd minute, Eddie Page got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 75 minutes into the match, THe Last Indian's goal looked a bit too open when Chan Clet came free, but Matthew Sands reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 76 minutes into the game, Green Horses's Konstantinos Kostoulas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Matthew Sands made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6. In the 78th minute, Green Horses's Konstantinos Kostoulas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-7. With a little luck, THe Last Indian's Matthew Sands got control of the ball when Notis Bartzokas tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to THe Last Indian getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. József Kozák hit a great ball. THe Last Indian's Matthew Sands proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save THe Last Indian from getting a goal against them. If Nigel Rollins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chan Clet did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-8 to the left of a surprised Matthew Sands 93 minutes into the match.
