Aaron Freeman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugó Bøss in the 7th minute of the match. Alex Mansilha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Aaron Freeman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aaron Freeman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pinkus Mack, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 13 minutes, Carl Derm mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Academica Pulheim and the Estrella Roja players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gürsel Eyüps short, quick shot in the 16thth minute got Paul Heyckendorf to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 17 minutes into the match, Academica Pulheim's goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo Pedrozo came free, but Paul Heyckendorf reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute Estrella Roja were awarded a corner. Gürsel Eyüp went to the cornerflag to take it. Estrella Roja's Gürsel Eyüp was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Paul Heyckendorf in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience was convinced that Hugó Bøss's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aaron Freeman was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Alex Mansilha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gürsel Eyüp to make the kick off. Thilo Prinz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Estrella Roja's Aaron Freeman got control of the ball when Hugó Bøss tried to sneak it across the goal line. Estrella Roja's Aaron Freeman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pinkus Mack in the 57th minute of play. Academica Pulheim's Paul Heyckendorf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gürsel Eyüp in the 59th minute of play.
