After a defensive mix-up in Piratas FC's zone, Anselmo Nevada stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raimond Lenk came out of the goal and Anselmo Nevada tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pankracy Glogowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Constantino Idacio in the 24th minute of the match. Pankracy Glogowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Constantino Idacio went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 27th minute, Mugur Chiriac reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Raimond Lenk. The goal made the score 1-1. Pankracy Glogowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Steven in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st match minute, Piratas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Piri Vangioni to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Club Atlético Atlanta getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Emil Chwalkiewicz hit a great ball. In the 39th minute, Alfonso Goicoechea left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Atlético Atlanta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Pankracy Glogowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nunez Hernandez in the 43rd minute of play. Piratas FC were awarded a corner in the 44th minute after Club Atlético Atlanta's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Damian Bernabel took the corner. After 46 played minutes Piratas FC got a freekick which was hit by Piri Vangioni. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alfonso Goicoechea to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfonso Goicoechea in the 51st minute of play forced Piratas FC's goalkeeper Raimond Lenk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 55 minutes into the match, Piratas FC's Constantino Idacio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pankracy Glogowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 56th minute Piratas FC were awarded a corner. Damian Bernabel went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Piratas FC's Nunez Hernandez getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 70thth minute of the game Constantino Idacio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Ferdinand in the 74th minute of play forced Piratas FC's goalkeeper Raimond Lenk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th match minute, Club Atlético Atlanta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mugur Chiriac to maneuver through the defense. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Club Atlético Atlanta had played much better football throughout.
