An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfonso Goicoechea in the 47th minute of play forced Parque Europa FC's goalkeeper Luis Täger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Pankracy Glogowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 78 minutes of play, Parque Europa FC's Aureliano Soto made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pankracy Glogowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Parque Europa FC's Aureliano Soto got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
